Roanna began her career as a Speech and Language Therapist in the UK where she received her BSc. Degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Glasgow. She enjoyed a long and varied career with the National Health Service working with children with a wide variety of speech and language disorders and special needs for many years. In 2015, she and her family immigrated to Canada and settled in Ottawa. After acclimatizing to the bitterly cold winters, she ventured into the field of Vision Therapy and graduated as a Practical Vision Therapist from the Practical Vision Therapist Accreditation Program (PVTAP) offered by Vision Therapy Canada in 2018. Roanna loves working with both adults and children and finds the most rewarding part of her job to be watching the transformation of her clients as they progress along their vision therapy journey implementing their new found skills and gaining in confidence.

In her spare time Roanna enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dog for walks, exploring the Ontario countryside and travelling.
