Anouck grew up in the West Island of Montreal and moved to Ottawa in 2000 to attend the University of Ottawa. She graduated in 2003 with a BA in Communications and Psychology. She then chose to remain in Ottawa where she pursued different career avenues in the travel and service industries before finding a career in Human Resources with the government.

Years later, after maternity leave, Anouck chose to leave the government to gain a better work/life balance and pursued part time work in the fitness industry. She worked several years as a group fitness/Zumba instructor putting her passion for both dance and fitness to good use. Unfortunately, the pandemic brought this work to an end in 2020. With the world opening up again, Anouck was looking for a new challenge in the wellness industry and discovered vision therapy after talking with a friend about new career options. Healthcare is a new field that Anouck is excited to take on with her love of helping people, staying healthy and sharing her boundless energy.

Anouck is a very active, on-the-go person. She loves travelling the world and exploring everything that a destination has to offer. When she is not working or travelling, she can be found walking, biking, swimming, cross country skiing, snowboarding, working out or involved in various activities with her husband and daughter. Occasionally she slows down enough to enjoy a little quiet time for coffee with friends.
